We are located on South Boulevard in the South End area of Charlotte, easily accessible from I-77 and I-485. Look for the blue Precision signage on the building facade.
Pull into the parking area in front of Unit 14 and come inside to check in. We will do a walk-around inspection with you to document your vehicle's current condition and confirm the scope of work. If you are leaving your vehicle, we will arrange a ride or you can use the nearby LYNX light rail station (Scaleybark Station is a 5-minute walk).
We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to fill your time slot. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $25 rebooking fee.
A Basic detail takes about 1.5 hours, Premium takes 3-4 hours, and the Ultimate package takes a full day. Ceramic coating requires 24-48 hours for curing, and full-body PPF installation takes 2-3 business days.
We offer mobile service for our Basic and Premium packages within a 15-mile radius of our shop. Ceramic coating, paint correction, and PPF must be done at our facility due to the controlled environment requirements. A mobile surcharge of $25 applies.
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. For ceramic coating and PPF services over $500, we offer interest-free payment plans through Affirm.
Yes. We carry full garage keeper's liability insurance that covers your vehicle from the moment we take possession until you pick it up. Our facility is also equipped with security cameras and locked overnight storage.
For most daily drivers, we recommend a Premium detail every 3 months and a maintenance wash in between. Vehicles with ceramic coating can go longer between full details -- a simple hand wash every 2-4 weeks is usually sufficient to maintain the coating's performance.
